Shipping & returns

Muru follows the slow-fashion concept, which means most items are not readily available in stock but instead are made to order. Your surfwear will be ready for shipping within one week of placing your order. All orders are shipped from Finland via UPS, DHL, Finnish post, or other suitable courier. You will receive a tracking code once the parcel is ready to be shipped.

Shipping rates:

Finland: 6,90 EUR

European Union: 14,90 EUR

Rest of the World: 19 EUR

Orders above 150 EUR: FREE

Muru Bikini is not responsible for tariffs, taxes and/or import duties you might have to pay in your country upon the arrival of the package.

 

I hope you'll love your new bikini as much as I loved creating it. Shopping swimwear online can be tricky, though, so I've got you covered. If you want to exchange or return your order or a part of it, please email info@murubikini.com for instructions. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of the return.

Returns policy is only applicable for clean, unused, unharmed products, that have been sent back within 14 days of the arrival of the package. Returns must always be informed about beforehand.

Quality is a core value at Muru Bikini. In case of a faulty item, please inform the seller at info@murubikini.com.
